The customer service performs both diagnostic investigations (functional test or in-situ test) and necessary repairs as well as configuration and tests (conformity checks, activation, functional test, pre-aging,...).

THURMELEC provides a decontamination chamber to disinfect subassemblies before repair. (e.g. in case of infected medical supplies).

THURMELEC administers an important stock of components (more than 20’000 items) which allows product restoration / repair over many years.
The company offers equivalent replacement components for obsolete ones or a re-development of a part or entire electronic boards.
