The development and industrialisation department deals with following tasks:
- complete project management including:

•	Hardware development,
•	Software development,
•	Prototyping,
•	Functional validation,
•	CE marking (EMC, DBT, environmental tests...)

-	industrialisation of our customer's products: The development department verifies in collaboration with the purchasing department the products conformance with the according directives and rules as well as its ability for series production:

•	Standardisation of components,
•	Consultation on selection of components regarding cost, technology and estimated announcement of discontinuation,
•	Adjustment of production files to the RoHS directives,
•	Migration from conventional to SMD technology

- global technical administration of the manufactured products including:

•	Keeping up to date with technological development (Risk of discontinuation),
•	Retrieval of equivalent components,
•	Solving problems which occur during the product's lifetime,
•	Product adjustment (Modification, optimisation),
•	Adjustment of testing devices,
•	Update of product and manufacturing files
