The assembly line produces subassemblies, complete devices and products which integrate electronic boards, cables and cable harnesses, sheet metal parts (racks, chassis, switch boxes and cabinets) furthermore electromechanical components (relays, switches, transformers)

This fabrication includes:

•	Purchase,
•	Acquisition of components,
•	Stocking and administration,
•	Internal and external production (Partners in France, Poland and Slovakia),
•	Conformance checks and in-situ tests,
•	Configuration and functional tests,
•	Packaging and shipping.

Thurmelec provides customised production units on 2000m², dedicated to each customer.
Each unit is equipped with specific manufacturing tools, testing and configurating devices and application-specific settings.
